HTL

HTL FEATURES

independently driven.

Trabant Solar's HTL tracker is an independent unit that is powered by an actuator. This eliminates the central drive shaft common among competitors' products. It also reduces the possible electricity output loss to less than 20 kW (DC) instead of 700 kW (DC) for centrally-driven Trackers.

The independent design maximizes the use of land. The footprint of the HTL, without backtracking, is similar to the footprint of a fixed ground-mount racking system. As a result, you can put more megawatts on the same piece of land when using the HTS compared to centrally-driven trackers.

voltage optimization.

We have taken the electrical architecture of a solar project into consideration. As a result, we offer our HTL tracker with an optimized module layout for either a 1,000 V or 1,500 V System to incorporate a complete electrical string on each tracker.

build with a fixed budget.

Have easy of mind through predictable and firm pricing by using Trabant Solar's HTL tracker with a Ballast Foundation. There are no hidden costs or unknown obstacles in the ground that can de-rail your profit.

fastest tracker installed.

The HTL tracker allows you to install faster than you have ever done before. There are no specialty tools required to assemble the HTS tracker.

less components.

We have reduced the number of components to a bare minimum to not only increase the installation time, but also reduce the O&M costs. We do not incorporate failure prone components such as dampers, gear boxes, batteries, inclinometers, or wireless communications systems into our trackers.

build on a slope.

The HTL tracker can be utilized on land with a gradient of up to 20° without need to perform grading.

FOUNDATION OPTIONS:

RAMMING POSTS

The traditional choice among developers and EPCs contractors. Our solution offers our tracker's independent architecture with the most traditional Foundation available.

BALLAST FOUNDATION

The Ballast Foundation sits on top of the soil, which makes it an ideal choice for difficult soils.

The Ballast Foundation is supplied by Trabant Solar. This option allows a developer or EPC to purchase the entire tracker, including the foundation, from a single supplier.
